The energy transition is not dissolving geopolitical risk — it is redistributing it. This course examines how fossil fuel dependencies are giving way to new vulnerabilities in electricity grids, LNG infrastructure, and clean energy supply chains. We map the emerging resource order, identify the states positioned to gain or lose, and assess how energy security concerns are reshaping foreign policy across the major powers.
