Participants will analyse how governments integrate these technologies into military planning, industrial strategy and diplomatic leverage, with particular attention to regulatory divergence and technological decoupling.
The course further investigates technology-driven competition among major powers and its implications for global governance, supply chains and alliance cohesion.
